Week Twelve
Vince McMahon: Welcome, everyone, to Week Twelve of The Retro Rumble! As you may recall, this match pits 50 WWF Hasbro and WWE Retro superstars against each other to determine which is the best in the world.
Michael Cole: After nearly four months of competition and 50 competitors, we're down to just five competitors: Hulk Hogan, The Undertaker, Ric Flair, Triple H and, for some bizarre reason... Virgil.
Vince McMahon: When we left off last week, Virgil found himself back in the match after sneak-attacking The Rock. Will Virgil have the intestinal fortitude to make it past these four all-time greats, and claim the title of being the first man to win The Retro Rumble?
Michael Cole: Apparently not!
Vince McMahon: Un-be-lievable! The Undertaker has lifted Virgil over his shoulders and left him for dead outside the ring.
Michael Cole: Vintage Undertaker with that turn, and it appears as though we are down to our final four competitors now.
Vince McMahon: The Hulkster slams Triple H from the top rope to the canvas. What a maneuever!
Michael Cole: Meanwhile, Ric Flair is laying in chops on The Dead Man.
Vince McMahon: The Immortal Hulk Hogan targeting The Nature Boy - but watch out for Triple H!
Vince McMahon: Triple H and Ric Flair are double-teaming The Hulkster!
Michael Cole: Hogan's out of the match! He couldn't withstand the attack of both former members of Evolution!
Vince McMahon: With The Hulkster out, it's anyone's match at this point!
Michael Cole: Who will win? The Retro Rumble rolls on after this...
Vince McMahon: DAMMIT, there are no commercials here! We'll be back with more Saturday Night's Main Event!
Michael Cole: Ooookay.....
Vince McMahon: And we're back!
Michael Cole: Right before the break, Triple H and Ric Flair had extinguished Hulkamania from The Retro Rumble, and now the two former Evolution members are taunting him from inside the ring.
Vince McMahon: Look who's standing behind them!!
Michael Cole: Because neither of us have watched even five minutes of professional wrestling before, we forgot that The Undertaker was still in the match!
Vince McMahon: Nonetheless, The Undertaker has risen, and it appears as though he's looking to bury the souls of The Nature Boy and The Game!
Vince McMahon: Ric Flair charges The Undertaker, and he's stopped dead in his tracks!
Michael Cole: Vintage Phenom, as he chokeslams the 16-time World Champion right out of the ring!
Vince McMahon: Triple H tries his luck, and finds himself on the receiving end of a Tombstone!
Vince McMahon: The Undertaker dumps Triple H over the top rope, and just like that...
Michael Cole: Wait a minute! Virgil is still here! And he hasn't been eliminated from The Retro Rumble!
Vince McMahon: Virgil using those ring steps to assault The Phenom and snatch away sudden victory!
Michael Cole: Virgil, attempting to trap the left shoulder of The Undertaker into The Million Dollar Dream!
Vince McMahon: The Dead Man isn't having any of this onslaught, and is shrugging off the attack of Virgil!
Michael Cole: The Phenom grabs Virgil and.... tosses him out of the ring, onto the floor!
Vince McMahon: The Undertaker has eliminated not only Triple H and Ric Flair, but Virgil as well, proving that ANYTHING can happen in WWE!
Michael Cole: Wouldn't that be more applicable if Virgil had won?
Vince McMahon: Nonetheless, The Dead Man stands victorious!
Michael Cole: Interesting to note that The Undertaker was not only the winner of the first Hasbro Classic back in 2016, but he's also the winner of our fifth annual event, The Retro Rumble!
Vince McMahon: Good night, everyone!
